Order Policy for Prism Lighting
Welcome to Prism Lights! We strive to provide excellent service and high-quality products to all our customers. Please review the following order policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience:
1. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in person.
All orders must be confirmed with a signed agreement and/or an online checkout process.
For Install A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
Changes to an order must be submitted in writing (via email to yourprismlights@gmail.com or our online portal no less than 7 days before the scheduled installation date.
Additional charges may apply for changes depending on the nature of the request and materials required.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 8 business days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.Cancellations made within 7 business days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 15%
Refunds are processed within 2 business days.
We accept, all credit cards, bank transfers, and paypal.
Payment is due as outlined in the signed agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
5. Installation and Service
All installation services will be completed on the date specified in your agreement, weather permitting.Customers must ensure that the installation area is clear and accessible prior to the scheduled service.
Any delays caused by lack of access or other unforeseen issues may result in rescheduling fees.
6. Warranty and Maintenance
We offer a warranty of 1 year on all installation, covering defects and workmanship.Regular maintenance is the responsibility of the customer unless a maintenance package has been purchased.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and is require proof of purchase.
7. Liability
Prism Lights is not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions or issues outside of our control.Customers must notify us of any special circumstances or potential hazards prior to installation.
