Warranty Coverage

1. Light Components – 5-Year Warranty

All LED light strands, controllers, and related lighting components are covered for five (5) years from the date of installation.
This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Premature failure of LEDs or lighting components

  • Water ingress related to faulty product construction

2. Installation Workmanship – 1-Year Warranty

All installation labor performed by our team is covered for one (1) year from the date of installation.
This warranty covers:

  • Improper mounting or fastening

  • Wiring and connection issues resulting from installation errors

3. Hardware & Accessories – 1-Year Warranty

All hardware and non-light components (such as clips, tracks, power supplies, and mounting accessories) are covered for one (1) year from the date of installation against defects or failure under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by weather events beyond normal conditions (e.g., severe storms, hail, lightning)

  • Damage caused by vandalism, misuse, or tampering

  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than our authorized technicians

  • Issues caused by power surges or inadequate home electrical systems

  • Cosmetic fading or wear that does not affect performance

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your name and installation address

  • Date of installation

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)

We will schedule an inspection and determine whether the issue is covered under the terms of this warranty.
